SC reaffirms its status as a leader in the Thai real estate sector, achieving a spot in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 for the year 2026 for the third consecutive year, moving up to rank 404 among the highest revenue companies in Southeast Asia. This reflects its potential for revenue generation, financial stability, and regional organizational credibility, as it shifts its business structure towards 'more than just housing' to create sustainable business practices.

Fortune Southeast Asia 500 is an annual ranking by Fortune magazine, a global business media outlet, selecting the 500 largest companies in the Southeast Asia region from seven countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Cambodia. The ranking is primarily based on company revenue. The year 2026 marks the third year of this ranking, and SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC) is one of the Thai companies that has been consistently ranked throughout these three years.

According to the 2026 Fortune Southeast Asia 500 ranking, SC is positioned at 404, an increase from the previous year, with a revenue of 20.233 billion baht and a net profit of 1.5327 billion baht in 2025.

The continuous ranking in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 for three years reflects SC's ability to maintain its business size and revenue base at a regional level, amidst challenging economic conditions and a competitive real estate market. This success is attributed to its disciplined financial management, careful risk management, and the balance between growth and organizational stability.

Recently, at the beginning of 2026, SC has also initiated a new business restructuring to become 'more than just housing', aiming to create value for people and the world comprehensively, with three business engines: Engine 1 for residential real estate, Engine 2 for income-generating real estate, and Engine 3 for new businesses aimed at a better future. SC expresses gratitude to all stakeholders, including customers, employees, partner companies, shareholders, and society, for their contributions to the success of Thai companies at the regional level.

Over the past 20 years, SC has developed more than 247 residential projects, serving over 38,230 households, and delivering a better quality of life to people with the concept of 'For Good Mornings.' The organization remains committed to continuous adaptation and evolution to foster sustainable business growth while creating value for people and the world.
